In 2021, Haiiileen launched her first artist residency at the Moxy South Beach Hotel, transforming its interiors into a living gallery of color, light, and reflection. The residency evolved into an extension of her “Haiii on Art” series — an experimental practice rooted in reflective surfaces, synesthetic photography, and neon atmospheres.
Photographed entirely on her @GooglePixel #TeamPixel, the work captures surreal reflections of Miami’s chromatic energy and later evolved into the Haiiileen x Tribesock collaboration, a lifestyle and fashion line distributed through Hot Topic.

Description
The Moxy Hotel became both muse and collaborator — a site where art and hospitality merged. Haiiileen’s immersive intervention brought together her Rainbow Mirror Collection and her photographic documentation of reflective, hyper-saturated environments.
The resulting series captured organic textures and mirrored refractions of the hotel’s spaces, turning guests into participants of the visual dialogue. Each image acts as a “portal,” inviting viewers to experience themselves within the luminous, distorted world of her synesthetic vision.
This project bridged fine art and commercial collaboration, eventually manifesting as the Haiiileen x Tribesock Collection — wearable art pieces that continue her message of “Stay Haiii a lil longer and reflect more color into the world”buyer info_ Haiiileen X Tribeso….
Conceptual Framework
- Reflexive Identity: The work mirrors both the viewer and the artist, merging fashion, hospitality, and self-perception.
- Spectral Design: The photographs use refracted light to explore how color shapes emotion.
- Synesthetic Vision: Translating sound, space, and energy through reflective materials, each piece becomes a visual frequency.
- Art-as-Lifestyle: By transforming artwork into wearable objects, Haiiileen extends her ethos of color and consciousness into everyday life.
Installation Components
- Photography series printed and displayed on-site at Moxy South Beach.
- Lounge installation with tilted framed artworks under dual-tone RGB lighting.
- Custom ambient light design integrated into the space’s architecture.
- Product design development for Haiiileen x Tribesock — including the “Mondaze–Sundaze” capsule collection.
Artist Reflection
“The Moxy became a mirror of Miami’s creative pulse. Every reflection felt alive — breathing color, light, and rhythm. Translating that into something people could wear and live in felt like the next evolution of my practice.”
