haiii-diiive is a large-scale projection mapping installation created by Haiiileen in partnership with Panasonic and Gravitate Productions for III Points 2023. Spanning over 80 feet of projected bandwidth, the work combines high-lumen Panasonic laser projectors with Haiiileen’s signature neo-acid visuals, transforming the festival environment into a flowing river of chromatic motion. The piece is an immersive dive into light, movement, and synesthetic perception — blending digital waterfalls, prismatic distortion, and reflective textures into an experiential wave of color.

Description
haiii-diiive is a cascading projection of synesthetic visuals — liquid gradients, chromatic distortions, and rhythmic light patterns flowing like water across the architectural space. Powered by Panasonic’s high-lumen projection technology, the installation becomes a moving canvas where color behaves like sound, vibrating across surfaces and streaming into the crowd.
The work invites viewers to “dive” into the wavelength — losing themselves in an ocean of shifting prismatic textures.
“light moves like water — and I want people to swim in it.”

Artist Reflection
III Points has always been a home for my most experimental light work. With haiii-diiive, I wanted to create something that moved — something that breathed with the crowd. Seeing the visuals expand across eighty feet felt like watching a living organism unfurl.
Projection became water… water became light… and light became emotion.
Archival Significance
