Orders + Payments

Acquisitions are handled with care.

All orders are subject to availability, payment authorization, fraud review, and confirmation. Because artworks and editions may be limited, one-of-one, handmade, custom, or released in small quantities, placing an item in your cart does not reserve it until checkout is complete and payment has been accepted.

• Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes, shipping fees, and handling fees may be calculated at checkout.
• Orders may be canceled or refunded if an item becomes unavailable, if there is a pricing or listing error, or if a transaction is flagged for potential fraud.
• For commissioned, custom, or special-request works, separate terms, invoices, deposits, production timelines, or agreements may apply.

Shipping + Fulfillment

Each work leaves the portal intentionally.

Fulfillment timelines vary depending on the item, scale, fragility, edition status, fabrication needs, packaging requirements, and destination. Light-based, reflective, dimensional, sculptural, or one-of-one works may require additional preparation time.

• Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates and do not always include production, packing, or handling time.
• Collectors are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. HAIIILEEN is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.
• Risk of loss may transfer to the purchaser once the item is delivered to the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or agreed in writing.
• International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, VAT, or local charges required by their country.
• Oversized, fragile, or high-value works may require custom quotes, insurance, signature confirmation, or specialized art handling.

Returns + Exchanges

Artwork policies protect the work and the collector.

Because many HAIIILEEN works are limited edition, custom, fragile, handmade, reflective, installation-based, or one-of-one, return eligibility depends on the specific item purchased. Please review the product description carefully before completing checkout.

• Original artworks, custom works, commissioned works, made-to-order items, sale items, and limited releases may be final sale unless otherwise stated in writing.
• Eligible return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery.
• Approved returns must be unused, undamaged, and returned in original or equivalent protective packaging.
• Shipping fees, handling fees, rush fees, custom packing fees, and international duties are generally non-refundable.
• The collector is responsible for return shipping unless the return is due to an approved error or damaged shipment claim.

Returns sent without written approval may not be accepted.

Damaged or Missing Items

Document the package before the frequency shifts.

If an item arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been mishandled in transit, contact HAIIILEEN as soon as possible.

• Email within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your order number, a description of the issue, photos of the artwork or object, photos of the packaging, and photos of the shipping label.
• Keep all original packaging materials until the issue is resolved, as carriers may require them for claims.
• Do not attempt repairs, installation, or alteration before the claim is reviewed.

Resolution may include repair guidance, replacement if available, a carrier claim, store credit, partial refund, or refund depending on the item and circumstances.

Collector Care

Light, mirror, and color deserve gentle handling.

Many HAIIILEEN works use reflective, luminous, dimensional, delicate, or mixed-media surfaces. Handle all works with care and install them thoughtfully.

• Handle with clean, dry hands or gloves when possible.
• Avoid pressure on mirrored, acrylic, iridescent, painted, glass, or reflective surfaces.
• Keep works away from extreme heat, moisture, direct water exposure, unstable mounting, or prolonged harsh sunlight unless the work is specifically designed for those conditions.
• Use appropriate hardware, professional installation, or an art handler for heavier, fragile, electrical, hanging, or sculptural works.
• Follow any item-specific care notes included with your order.

Terms of Purchase + Use

The artwork remains part of the artist’s universe.

Purchasing an artwork, object, edition, product, or digital material does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, licensing rights, or intellectual property rights unless specifically agreed in writing.

• HAIIILEEN retains all copyrights and intellectual property rights in the artwork, imagery, designs, product photography, text, branding, and website content.
• Collectors may not reproduce, resell as a commercial edition, mint, license, alter for commercial use, or use the artwork for advertising or brand campaigns without written permission.
• Colors, scale, texture, reflectivity, and light behavior may vary between screen images and physical works.
• Product descriptions are provided in good faith, but minor variations may occur due to handmade processes, materials, lighting, or display conditions.
• HAIIILEEN may refuse service, cancel orders, or limit quantities when necessary to protect the integrity of the work, the artist, the shop, or the collector experience.
