Clear terms for collecting artwork.

Because many HAIIILEEN works are original, limited, custom, handmade, or studio-produced in small quantities, this policy protects both the collector and the integrity of the work.

01 · Original Artwork Sales

Final Sale

All original artworks are considered final sale.

Because each piece is unique, one-of-one, or studio-produced in limited form, returns or exchanges are not accepted once a purchase has been completed.

02 · Limited Editions

Editioned Works

Limited edition works, prints, and special edition objects are generally non-returnable and non-refundable unless:

  • the item arrives damaged
  • the wrong item was shipped
03 · Damaged Shipments

48-Hour Notice

If an artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include clear photographs of the artwork, packaging materials, shipping box, and shipping label so we can review the issue and support any insurance claim.

04 · Possible Resolutions

Review Process

After review, we will determine the most appropriate resolution, at our discretion, which may include:

  • repair, when possible
  • replacement, if available
  • refund, if approved
05 · Incorrect Items

Order Issue

If you receive an item that is not the artwork you ordered, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can correct the issue.

06 · Order Cancellations

Before Shipment

Orders may only be cancelled before the artwork has shipped. Once an artwork has shipped, the order cannot be cancelled.

07 · Custom Work

Commissions

Custom commissions, personalized objects, made-to-order works, and specially produced artworks are non-refundable and non-returnable because they are created specifically for the collector.

08 · Approved Returns

Exceptional Cases

If a return is approved under exceptional circumstances, the artwork must be returned in original condition with all packaging materials. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
