ACIIID Sky (2018) was an immersive performance installation by Miami-based artist Haiiileen, created for Red Bull Music’s SWETBOXx series — a boundary-breaking fusion of live music, visual art, and nightlife architecture.

This work expanded Haiiileen’s ACIIID universe into the realm of performance and experimental sound, merging neon, reflection, and physical movement to construct a vibrational environment of light and rhythm.

Description

Commissioned by Red Bull Music, ACIIID Sky transformed a Miami warehouse into a prismatic atmosphere of color, light, and sound vibration. The installation was part of Red Bull’s SWETBOXx program — a platform for interdisciplinary artists reimagining nightlife through art.

Haiiileen constructed the environment using upcycled mirrored panels, acrylic prisms, neon pigments, and reflective fabrics, creating a liquid-like sky above the performance area. The audience was surrounded by an evolving field of chromatic light while DJs and performers interacted with the shifting energy of the space.
